Terms and Conditions for Distributors
- The target market for distributors is typically adult shops, pharmacies, health shops, supermarkets, spaza shops, bars, shebeens, barber shops, petrol station forecourt shops, individuals etc, but is not limited to the above.
- In order to qualify to become an Independent Herbal Remedies International Distributor, a minimum initial order of R2,500.00 (at discounted distributor prices excluding V.A.T.) must be placed. This may include current weekly specials advertised on our website.
- The special offers appear on our website, under Specials and is updated every 2 weeks.
- Distributors can order any and as many of these specials as they wish and by doing so they will substantially increase their profit margins.
- With the consent of Distributors, their business names, physical addresses and business hours will be displayed on our website. This will increase Distributors' exposure to potential customers as the large amounts of funds we spend monthly to promote our website will benefit Distributors directly. We also promote our website on
Facebook and Instagram. Over the past 15 years we have grown the VIREKTA brand to become one of the top selling brands in sexual health on the South African market. - From the first full calendar month, after becoming a Distributor, monthly purchases must always exceed R5,000.00 (including VAT).
- If this target is not reached for 2 consecutive months, the Distributor's details will be removed from our website. This will not affect your status as Distributor and you may still continue as Distributor, but you will lose the benefit of exposure to potential customers.

- Distributors will be invoiced for orders received and payment is required prior to orders being despatched.
- Orders of R2,500.00 and above will be delivered free of charge via courier.
- Orders below R2,500.00 will be charged a delivery fee for courier services.
- Distributors may not list any of our products on Takealot, Pricecheck, BOB shop or any similar platform. Doing so will result in Distributor status being cancelled with immediate effect.
