About zinc

A similar test was conducted on elderly men, except that they were fed a diet of foods high in zinc. The test results showed that in almost all the cases, the testosterone levels nearly doubled compared to the levels before going on the zinc-rich diet.
The consensus was that there is powerful evidence that zinc has a definite influence on testosterone production.
