How to Size-Up your erections, orgasms and ejaculations (Part One)

Size-Up is a complete scientifically designed natural / herbal system that will extend the length and girth of your penis, help with premature ejaculation, improve the strength of your ejaculation and also improve the strength and quality of your orgasms. It includes a month’s supply of 90 capsules, a specially formulated massage gel and a DVD with over 30 exercises. Its effectiveness is based on a complete approach to the physiological function and health of the penis and its erectile and ejaculatory functioning.

How does the penis become erect?

The penis contains two cylindrical shaped tubes called the corpora cavernosa. These tubes run along the length of the penis and contain blood vessels, spongy tissue and cavities called sinuses. During sexual arousal nitric oxide is released in the brain.

“Nitric oxide causes the smooth muscle enzyme guanylate cyclase to produce a messenger called cyclic guanine monophosphate (cGMP), which acts to increase the size of blood vessels carrying blood to the penis, and decrease the size of vessels carrying the blood out.”

This release of blood into the spongy tissue and simultaneous narrowing of blood vessels which would normally release the blood causes the penis to widen and lengthen to its fully erect state. The tunica albuginea, a fibrous envelope surrounding the corpora, is responsible for trapping the blood within the penis. In the case of a sexually healthy male this exquisitely engineered and coordinated process allows the penis to widen, lengthen and remain firm and erect during sex.

How does ejaculation occur?

Ejaculation is the energetic propulsion of semen from the urinary meatus which is the opening at the end of the glans at the tip of the penis. Ejaculation occurs once a critical level of sexual excitation is reached. Nerves located in the penis send a message along the spinal cord to the brain. The brain then triggers a two stage ejaculation process. The stages are emission and expulsion.

1) Emission

Emission is the process whereby semen is prepared for release from the body.

The following table from Wikipedia shows that semen is not the same as sperm – sperm making up only between two and five percent of the volume of semen. It also shows where the different components of semen are produced and what their functions are.

Gland Approximate % Description
testes 2–5% Approximately 200- to 500-million spermatozoa (also called sperm or spermatozoans), produced in the testes, are released per ejaculation. If a man has undergone a vasectomy, he will have no sperm in the ejaculation.
seminal vesicle 65–75% amino acids, citrate, enzymes, flavins, fructose (2–5 mg per mL semen, the main energy source of sperm cells, which rely entirely on sugars from the seminal plasma for energy), phosphorylcholine, prostaglandins (involved in suppressing an immune response by the female against the foreign semen), proteins, vitamin C
prostate 25–30% acid phosphatase, citric acid, fibrinolysin, prostate specific antigen, proteolytic enzymes, zinc (the zinc level is about 135±40 micrograms/ml for healthy men. Zinc serves to help to stabilize the DNA-containing chromatin in the sperm cells. A zinc deficiency may result in lowered fertility because of increased sperm fragility. Zinc deficiency can also adversely affect spermatogenesis.)
bulbourethral glands < 1% galactose, mucus (serve to increase the mobility of sperm cells in the vagina and cervix by creating a less viscous channel for the sperm cells to swim through, and preventing their diffusion out of the semen. Contributes to the cohesive jelly-like texture of semen.), pre-ejaculate, sialic acid

The below explanation and diagram from the U.S National Library of medicine shows the path of sperm as it joins with semen before ejaculation.

pathway of sperm

“The testes are where sperm are manufactured in the scrotum. The epididymis is a tortuously coiled structure topping the testis, and it receives immature sperm from the testis and stores it several days. When ejaculation occurs, sperm is forcefully expelled from the tail of the epididymis into the deferent duct. Sperm then travels through the deferent duct through up the spermatic cord into the pelvic cavity, over the ureter to the prostate behind the bladder. Here, the vas deferens joins with the seminal vesicle to form the ejaculatory duct, which passes through the prostate and empties into the urethra. When ejaculation occurs, rhythmic muscle movements propel the sperm forward.”

2) Expulsion

During the final stage of ejaculation, termed expulsion, muscles at the base of the penis contract in order to propel the seminal fluid from where the urethra joins the prostate at the Colliculus seminalis, along the length of the penis and out the meatus at the tip. These contractions are termed the male orgasm.

The Size-Up advantage

Size up has been scientifically designed to improve male sexual health and functioning right from the initial stages of erection through to the final expulsion stage. In order to increase the size and length of the penis the Size-Up DVD details 30 different exercises that increase the capacity of the corpora cavernosa – the cylindrical tubes responsible for erecting the penis.

Also included in the DVD is a special section showing you how to strengthen the pubococcygeus or PC muscle. The PC muscle travels from the back of the pubis and follows the anal canal to the coccyx and sacrum. The function of the PC muscle is to control the flow of urine and also ejaculation.

The Size-Up DVD PC exercise section will show you how to strengthen this muscle by performing Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, a gynecologist who invented these exercises in 1948. Once, with the help of the Size-Up system, you have mastered these exercises and strengthened your PC muscle you will be able to control and prevent premature ejaculation. Apart from allowing you to please your woman for hours instead of minutes this practice also increases the volume and strength of your ejaculation and orgasm!

A unique feature of the Size-Up program is that it also contains capsules and a gel to give you an even greater advantage in your quest for sexual health and virility.

The months’ supply of 90 capsules contain extracts from 8 different herbs, leaves and bark that have been used by traditional healers across the world for centuries. In part two (to be posted soon) we will look at each of these herbs and their amazing ability to enhance and improve sexual health.

The final piece of the puzzle – also to be discussed in greater detail in part two next week – is the unique and superbly effective Size-Up Massage Gel.

“SIZE UP has been uniquely formulated with a variety of natural herbal remedies, vitamins, amino acids and flavoring to create an incredibly effective and powerful lubricant. One of the main ingredients in assisting with the sexual boost is L-Arginine; an amino acid which converts to nitric oxide which is a fundamental building block to the cycle of orgasm in men.

Another powerful ingredient is menthol. This ingredient creates an opportunity for the amino acid (which is a relatively large molecule and not normally readily absorbed through the skin) to be absorbed transdermally when applied topically to the skin. This allows for the ingredients to work quickly and effectively in increasing sexual power and sensitivity directly through the skin.”

Studies conducted by Size-Up have found the following results:

  • Week 1 – A stronger and healthier penis
  • Week 2 – Harder Erection
  • Week 3 – Increased sex drive and ejaculation control
  • Week 4 – Increased Girth and Length
